Tracking & System Synchronization
Tracking updates and shipment events may take several days to synchronize within carrier systems. Delays in tracking updates do not indicate that an order is unprocessed, lost, or eligible for cancellation.

Sale items discounted by less than 40% may only be returned if all return conditions outlined in this policy are fully met.
Exchanges are not available for sale items, including exchanges for different sizes or colors.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery;
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
- Original tags and packaging must still be attached and intact;
- The return must be approved in advance by our support team;
- The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA);
- The item must be shipped to our designated fulfillment center in China;
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A restocking and handling fee of $15.50 per returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customerβs expense.
No Returns for Multiple Size Orders
Customers may not purchase multiple identical items with the intention of trying different sizes and returning unwanted items.
Orders placed for this purpose may be deemed ineligible for return, refund, or exchange at our sole discretion.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.
Separate Shipments & Return Shipping Costs
To ensure the fastest possible delivery experience, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. This allows available products to be dispatched immediately rather than delaying your entire order while waiting for other items to arrive at our fulfillment center.
As a result, customers may receive multiple packages for a single order.
Please note that if one or more items are returned for a refund, a return shipping and handling fee of $15.50 per item will apply. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For example:
- Orders with 2 returned items will incur 2 separate return shipping fees.
- Orders with 3 returned items will incur 3 separate return shipping fees.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
All approved returns should be sent to our returns center in China using the return instructions provided by our support team. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Period
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
After 30 days from the delivery date, returns, refunds, and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the order becomes final and binding.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed under any circumstance after payment confirmation.
Customers must wait until delivery has been completed before requesting a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
We do not provide refunds for defective or damaged items. Replacement is the sole remedy offered in such cases.
To verify the issue, customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or video evidence showing the defect.
Once approved, a replacement item will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, washing errors, or external causes is not considered a manufacturing defect.
